I am a maritime lawyer by training and an international consultant with over 20 years of experience spanning maritime environmental governance, international technical cooperation, programme management and strategic advisory work.
My career has brought together work with international and regional organisations, the commercial shipping industry, national administrations, regulators, research institutions, industry associations and a wide range of public and private stakeholders. This breadth of experience has given me a practical understanding of how policy is developed, how organisations operate and what it takes to turn commitments into action.
I combine legal and policy analysis with hands-on experience in designing and delivering international programmes, facilitating cooperation, developing partnerships and supporting sustainability initiatives. I work across institutional and sectoral boundaries, bringing different perspectives together to help organisations achieve tangible results.
